Staff were friendly and upgraded our room on arrival which was very welcome. The location is perfect and there is a "hop on hop off" bus stop right outside.

Awesome location & very friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful and easy to work with on restaurant reservations. Rooftop bar was very nice. Umbrellas provided in rooms and at the door were also very helpful.

Very clean, comfortable and customer service friendly. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere amid all the hustle and bustle of the city which was wonderful. The location was perfect and the rooms were modern and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge, it was perfect to relax with a drink and take in the city lights. Will stay again.

The property is very well situated, just off of Times Square and close to Bryant Park. The interior design of the main entrance has kept its New York vibe which we prefer. Majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We got upgraded to larger adjacent rooms on the top floor with city views. Rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the location. The hotel is very handy for Times Square, Broadway, Bryany Park - lots of cafes and restaurants, and a Wholefoods Market nearby. Staff very helpful. Found us a spot in their cafe to light our Chanukah candles. Close to Subway.

We had a great stay at The Knick. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially James who helped us access our stored luggage SS real times before our rooms were ready. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping was efficient and high quality. It’s an expensive hotel, but the service was as expected for the cost. The location was exceptional. So close to everything we wanted to see, and also the subway was so accessible. Whole Foods was within a 5 minute walk, as was Bryant Park and at least 10 more food options.
